Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. Bruce visited to look at the job, gave his view on what was required and provided a quote quickly. He arranged scaffolding, re-rendered chimney and added slate top, removed and replaced the render on the gable wall, including filling a hole that was uncovered in the flue and adding bell cast. No fuss, good communication and great work all at a reasonable price.

Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements.
