Outstanding work and professionalism! I could not be happier with the service provided. The team was incredibly skilled and efficient, handling everything from knocking down walls to installing a stunning kitchen and bathroom. They also completed the infill and laid a beautiful resin driveway with exceptional attention to detail. The communication was excellent throughout and they kept the work area clean and organised. Iurie was swift to respond and attend. His work ethic was good and so was the skirting. The only setback was tidying up after himself. Aside from this, he was good to have around and offered his services for other work.

So far really pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work undertaken. Chris and Rob were timely, thorough and respectful of both our property and our neighbours. The garden room and roof insulation has been excellent and they are two of the tidiest workmen I’ve ever employed. I would thoroughly recommend their work and we will be using them again .

I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

A nice enough guy but the workman ship was very poor indeed and I had to continually had to ask him to redo parts as it was terrible. An averagy DIYer could do a better job Also was not impressed that he broke one of our wardrobes - not so much that he broke it but that he never had the courtesy to call and tell me straight away. I can accept that sometimes these things can get broken by accident but I would have at least expected a phone call to apologies rather than to come home and find it broken. needless to say I wont be using him again.

One of Mick's employees did part one of the job for me, which was rather poor, and Mick said he would put it right when he did part two, which was the installation of a new staircase for which he re-quoted about £2000, which i accepted. After several attempts to contact him, he replied in a very abusive way, admitting he "didn't want to work round my ...house". Employ him at your peril!
