What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.

We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

Marcus and Jamie fitted a kitchen and floor for us last year. Marcus said after they were finally finished that it had been one of the most awkward and most problematic kitchens they had ever done. Not through any fault of theirs. Wrong parts delivered and endless new unforseen issues. All handled with patience & understanding. They stayed on the job until it was finished and we couldn't have been happier with their work. Genuinely cannot recommend them enough.
