It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Brick/stone walls, rendering, fencing, patios, garage conversions, roof repairs to name a few. All work comes with a guarantee. We now offer a fence and patio cleaning service which specialises in cleaning algae and moss off patios and fences . Making patios easier to jet wash and fences can be painted after the algae disappears after a few days . Amazing results guaranteed.

Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
