Came to look. Quoted a price. Talked about timing to do job. Said he’d send an email quote via rated people. Nothing! No further comment. No contact. Not replied to my email asking what’s happening. Suggest avoid at all costs….

such a lovely guy , honest and reliable and his attention to details is unreal , we have had ingus do other work for us now and have an endless list for him , couldn't sing his praises any more, we have had doors hung , a new stair case built , bay window seating made so far and every thing is perfect . highly and strongly recommend

Graham stepped in when another workman messed up and thankfully managed to rectify every single problem. He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.

We didn't know any tradesmen locally as we had just moved to the area, found Kevin on rated people and took the 'gamble' of booking him - so glad we did. Him and his team were reliable, honest, efficient, clean and tidy. He works to very high standards, talked us through every step of the way, did extra jobs for us which weren't originally quoted for at no extra cost. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
