We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

The work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. Advice was given as to how to avoid the damage reoccurring. It was also pointed out that the guttering needed cleaning, which was done. All in all i have no complaints at all and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Very pleased with this small building job, . After posting my advert I received a reply within ten minutes and this builder was able to complete the job the next morning. Two workmen/builders arrived promptly the next morning as arranged and completed the work the same day. They took down the existing wall, put in new footings, rebuilt the arc shaped wall and pointed. I would highly recommend this builder.
