Ash was extremely professional from producing quotes, to cleaning away daily. His workmanship was of a very high standard and he worked incredibly hard to get the work completed. The high finish on the bathroom is better than I could have hoped for and its the details that made a difference. Ash was approachable and happy to advise when I was unsure of materials. Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.
