He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
