Hello and thanks for looking at my profile. I have a great interest in how spaces work for my clients and I find it amazing how I can totally transform how a space looks and feels. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. If I could give Neal ten stars I would, he did an excellent job on my decking, replacing old wooden for new composite, looks amazing, he even made a special step for the dog. He was very reliable, polite and chatty, and respectful to us and my property, removed all rubbish and cleaned up afterwards, I would highly recommend him, and use him again should I need a job doing, full marks Neal, thank you.

To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. So impressed that I hired him. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
