Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Our aim is to manage the project from inception, through consultation with design, then onto purchase and scheduling of works. We'll also liaise with the retailers and installation teams until completion, whilst also being available for any after service matters that may arise.

Excellent work by James and his team. Reliable and we were always kept informed.. Pointing, gutters and new window. Involved scaffolding which went up quickly and was down as soon as the job was complete. Did some extra bits as well while the scaffolding was up including some painting and removal of Sky dish and aerial. Great company to work with, would recommend and use again.

we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy.
