A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! All in money well spent & we shall use Dean again without hesitation.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
