The Local Plumbers called re. providing a cost estimate and sent round a contractor. As soon as he left, I was immediately sent an invoice for £150. I never even received the estimate. Had to complain to Rated People, after which they finally agreed to cancel the invoice.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

Standard old kitchen removed and new kitchen fitted, took longer to complete than anticipated, almost 3 weeks due to waiting for the various trades to turn up and unforseen circumstances with workers to get on site. Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows.
