The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Came to repair kitchen tap leaking from valves and spout. Left site stating repair was completed (having charged extra as needed to replace the tap handles). Two days later the spout was again leaking and a valve that was not replaced (although originally quoted for replacement) was leaking. Despite a supposed guarantee his phone number is no longer recognised.
