Hired for large-scale wood floor laying and carpeting on a brand new renovation. Tim and co were very helpful throughout, finish of the job was to a high standard. Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Overall, his work is satisfying and worth to the money. He is skillful and make his words. Thanks Petrus

However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
