These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

This person called out of the blue, gave me a speech on how expensive using rated people is and then demanded I give them my address for a quote. Very rude and aggressive and for that reason I’ll only be using a rival site which has much better trades people

Although we had agreed for this company to do the work, other owners of the flats decided the price was too much. However, I paid Mr Harding what we both considered fair for the cancellation, and I'm sure we'll bear him in mind when it comes to any other sort of maintenance.
