It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!
