I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We are very happy with hiring Seamus. He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Morgan was quick to grab the job and quote, and could start the job quicker than we were expecting. All the guys that came, including Morgan, were always polite and friendly and just got on with the job. Clean and tidy as well. The only reason I've dropped a star is because there was a confusion over the way Morgan quoted, which we've discussed, and there were a couple of days we had expected trades to call but then at fairly short notice we got let down - Morgan did let us know. Would use again.

Just to add to this, they had already been back twice to resolve issues & the second time was 4-5 hours trying to stop the drawers from sticking. 30 mins after they left they were sticking again. Just wish I could post pictures of the finished article here ??

Standard old kitchen removed and new kitchen fitted, took longer to complete than anticipated, almost 3 weeks due to waiting for the various trades to turn up and unforseen circumstances with workers to get on site. But overall, good job, kept up to date with Debbie, but especially Lee kitchen fitter who worked nonstop.
