Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. This is now a one man band not a company. The brick work was of an adequate standard but unfortunately the problem came with the roof. I had paid too much up front and he never returned to finish the job.
Had decking area removed around the back of the house/garden & replaced with a slabbed area. Alan did a fantastic job, professional, reliable & trustworthy gentleman. This job was made more difficult due to access issues to the rear of my property, so had to come throu back garden of neighbours, this didn't phase Alan at all, didn't cause any problems for them either. Excellent value for money

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Came round and quoted good prices. Now that the work needs to be completed I cannot get hold of him. He has no communication skills. He also did the same with my mother in law. Wasn't even paid for the quotes, so would have thought he would be eager to complete job.

Reliable and trustworthy, attended everyday and the guys working for Mr E, worked none stop bathroom refit completed in 5 days. Cleaned up after themselves and Mr E went out and collected tiles and bits when I ran out. Good workmanship thank you.

Very persuasive but completely renaged on contract, walking out half way through, leaving us with a house like a building site and taking a substantial amount of our money.
We are family based team covering most trades including carpentry and joinery, decorating, kitchen fitting, extensions, loft extensions and electrical works at good competitive prices.
David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.
Finished early on job 3 hours then went to complete another job, let job in unfit stait. Wasent impressed had to abandone job
