Danny was very nice and quick when answering my questions when I put the job up. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when something was wrong and the job could not happen, but he gave us an answer on what we had to get to fix the problem. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
