There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. John and his team were amazing. John provided me with a great quote, within a couple days of agreeing, johns team got my roof tiles back in place. Whilst on my roof, they even fixed a couple broken tiles, unblocked the downpipe to my gutter and placed some cement where near the pointers without charging anything extra. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
