Leigh came out to advise on the work I had posted on this site ,he arrived on time and I felt the advice and quote he gave me to be very fair he was pleasant and friendly.However a friend recommended a local builder who I decided to use.

Unprofessional if you are waiting for a response and you don’t respond obviously you would chase it. Don’t go with this guy as he will ignore you obviously.

Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!

George and his guys are hard working skilled tradesmen. He went the extra mile to give us a good job. Polite quick and tidy. Would recommend and would certainly use again.

The guys negotiaited a sensible price, turned on time, at short notice, for a large and urgent garden landscaping job and completed the job well within time (as they brought in extra man-power). Very impressed. Tidyied up after them selves and completed all I asked for.I will be using them again.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Quoted and arrived on time, we never proceeded with the work but there is no option to remove job or decline without filling this in. Have written to Rated people...the Plonkers didn't respond. Rated people t ssers
