Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!

  The job was more than what we agreed and you weren’t willing to pay extra. I left the job as it was and charged for my callout which at the time you agreed to. Apologies you were unhappy but I’m not a charity

Mark contacted me the day before and arrange to come at 10am the following day. He arrived early, which is unusual nowadays. looked at the job and commented "no Problem". He started the job and was done in 35 minutes, all sorted. Mark is polite, confident and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.
