After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
