George invited me to chat with him to arrange a quote. During the chat George initially quoted an unreasonably high price, yet had eventually haggled out an acceptable price. Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!

I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value.
