Mark was very friendly and responded quickly.. Was very thorough to diagnose issue and work out where the leak was coming from. I thought was hot water system, Mark identified was heating system. As a result only one hole in ceiling to find leak then repair it. Once fixed checked heating system all balanced and bled. Made clear of the costs and the plan. Charged a fair price.
