Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting.
