Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
