Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. He spent extra time to correct the pipe problem caused the leak before the installation. The finish was very neat and pleasant. Adam quickly assessed the problem with my non-functioning panel heater; it seems I had accidentally engaged the child-lock! The display doesn't show this, so I had no idea. Noting this particular heater was woefully underpowered for a lounge at 750 Watts (selected by a previous owner!), I agreed Adam should go fetch a new, 2000W one. So, job done same day with minimum of fuss.

If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
