the price was agreed,time and date was agreed,the boiler and radiators were installed as arranged ,chris the pumber was a good worker,all done in one day,he didnot ask for a deposit,settlment when job was complete, everything seems to be working ok, i would use him again and i shall ask him to do periodic checks etc. john

Very poor work, my radiator makes so much noise and has gotten worse since installed and when I messaged Elf to rectify initially, he completely ignored me. My brother who also used him had to reconnect his again to due to the extremely poor workmanship

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.
I booked an appointment for a boiler service but he did not turn up. I phoned him,texted him and rang his home address but no response. He is a young guy with not much experience.See other feedback re non appearance

The floor tiles were not positioned by staggering as originally agreed. The wall tiles had excess grout left on them which I have had to spend number of hours cleaning of & this is still not complete. The basin does not sit level on the vanity unit, a family member has removed the basin and it in the midst pof cutting a bigger hole. Really disappointed with the overall finish.
