This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
