I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Adrian ( Home Plumbing Solutions) attended my house at short notice to quote for what I thought was a cartridge issue with shower. He examined the shower and in his opinion only 2 years old it was running ok. It was decided to leave it at the moment and if the problem re occurs, should be able to change the cartridge or investigate further.
