I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

Did a fantastic job and at good price
This is just a booking service. Bit of a con. Ring around yourself! I urgently needed boiler fixed and paid £120 (£180 on w/e) for fix that day.. plumber didn’t actually come until 3 days later. He did a great job and I would have gladly given him the wasted £120 on top of the call out and parts which I paid him. Save yourself money and if you can, ring a plumber yourself.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
