Andrew was excellent. Had a quick chat on the phone and agreed for him to come to have a look at the washing machine the next afternoon. He arrived as agreed, and called me 1 hr beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was quick, efficient and cost exactly as we had agreed on the our call the day before. Minimum fuss. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again if needed.

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
