Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. House was left exactly as it was before the job started. No mess. Being able to pay by debit card was nice too.

They were originally very good, and very polite and keen to do a proper job. However once it became apparent that the job was a bit fiddly (as I mentioned in the description) they said they would come back. As yet I haven’t heard from them again.

They came in the evening about 6.30 they soon diagnosed my problem. I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour.
