I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour. They cleaned up after them selfes I was very pleased with service and recommend them very highly.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

James turned up quickly and serviced my boiler, but he identified a seized pump and damaged filter. He said he would get a price to replace them. I've heard nothing from him since.
overall very good workmanship although had to remind him a couple of times to do certain jobs
