They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Routine boiler service. Service person advised boiler likely to need replacing very soon, though nothing urgent and boiler “passed” okay. Following service, boiler was making strange noises. It then started to get error codes. Speaking with a gas safe person, I was guided to check the condensate trap. This was full of sediment, which should have been cleared during service. This raised alarm bells… a separate gas engineer kindly then opened the flame area up to find a load of dirt (service step to clean)…
