Asked to fix a kitchen leak from a reverse osmosis filter. He took a part off, cleaned the limescale and added silicone and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs later the tube started leaking a lot, took video and turned the tube feed off. When I requested a redress, he said he was on holiday and could send an engineer; I asked how the engineer would fix it but received no response after 2 messages. The tube needed to be changed or hole where tube feeds, made bigger. Would not recommend.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.

I am so pleased with Michael and Jay. They installed 2 radiators and a towel rail in my loft bathroom. They also connected the toilet waste and water. It was probably a little tricky as I had been let down by my builder and so they had to complete the second fix of someone else’s work. They arrived early and did not leave until they were confident everything worked as it should. All done in one day. They are lovely polite and friendly guys. I would hire them again. Their costs were very competitive.
