Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
