We took down ivy from our brick house walls, which left unsightly tendrils that we found impossible to remove. After speaking with Josh at WishyWashy, he offered to do a free test clean. The test was a success, so we hired him to do the lot. The result was amazing - we now have clean house walls that look like new! Whilst it wasn't this tradesman, happy taps rang me to arrange a date and the work required. it was arranged for over 2 weeks later, happy days I thought- all sorted for when I could get a day off work. Having badgered for confirmation, the day before the engineer was due to arrive, I received a text saying they wouldn't be coming and if I wanted to rearrange then to get in touch otherwise the job was closed. Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

John did a decent job moving some pipes around in my roofspace, although it took twice as long as he had estimated. He then borrowed £20 "for petrol money to get home" and did not pay it back. He has banked my cheque and ignored my request for an invoice. He refuses to respond to phone messages and texts. Use him at your own risk.
I arranged an appointment for you to provide an estimate for the job. You failed to come, nor have you contacted me during the week since to explain, apologise or rearrange the appointment.
Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.

I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.
