The plumber sent (Tommy) was excellent but this system is double dipping. You already pay Rated People who are supposed to find tradesmen. You then also pay plumbernow to find the tradesman. So the guy that does the work receives a fraction of what you pay. Rated people should NOT be letting similar "job finding" firms to be on site. Essentially requiring Joe public to pay two finder fees.

Had a couple of leaks in my roof. Within a month of the work both leak worse than they did before. Messaged him a two months ago for his thoughts but still waiting on a response. While here he clattered his ladder off my window which I later found to be damaged. Not saying it was him but he did smash a couple of garden pots and then hid them in my garden. Got none of what I wanted, more problems than I began with, paid a lot of money and now talking to another roofer. Lesson in trusting people learned.

Initially friendly but after doing a decent job on the guttering, quoted for roof work (shrews) which were done poorly and I had to get another tradesman to come and redo them; also refitted the slate roof on my porch - which then started to leak and once again I eventually had to get another tradesman to redo the work. I say initially friendly because when I followed up (I was promised a "10 year guarantee" which never materialised) they stopped returning my calls and messages. I gave plenty of chances.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Eddie and the boys did a great job in very challenging conditions (-4°C). They turned up at 8am every day and the boys worked their backsides off. We even got him to build us some raised beds and put in a drying area. I'd be happy to recommend Biggar Landscaping. Thanks guys.
