Guy was excellent. Very quick and efficient and able to suggest good solutions to tricky problems. He moved the boiler from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen, replaced all the plumbing and lead pipes in the kitchen, brought a gas pipe into the house for a cooker and put a new radiator in the kitchen. Really friendly, very trustworthy, flexible in working hours, happy to leave him alone in the house, have recommended him to friends and family and will definitley use him again in the house.

Gregory and his colleague did an excellent job. Gave a competitive quote and worked quickly and efficiently despite additional work. Adapted to my requests and the work was completed to a very good standard. They were clean and tidy and hard-working. Gregory is a genuinely nice guy, friendly, honest and reliable. Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

Tony is a very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer and was able to identify the problem with our combi boiler quickly and correctly. Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. I would highly recommended Tony and Abbins Maintenance Ltd to anyone looking for a plumber.

Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.

Victor did a brilliant job on our living room and gave excellent advice on what was required to make the finish of the job as perfect as possible. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.

I am very well pleased with Malcolm from the start. He turned up on time to assess the problem and advised from the start the total amount including labour that will cost me to fix the hot water. He kept me updated as he bought the parts . He was transparent and managed the work in a less disruptive way. He and his colleague were very professional and did an excellent job. They even fixed a non-visible problem at no charge. I have recommended them to few of my friends and will recommend them again .
