James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.

Follow up feedback from initial satisfaction published. I've tried contacting them several times, phone call and text due to deterioration of the work they undertook - seals and finish. No answer or responses despite (polite) messages etc. Simple stuff for them to remedy no doubt, but clearly not interested. Paid them on time and in good faith. I can't recommend.
Really lovely guy came and told me what the problem was, gave an honest quote, but unfortunately the problem wasnt covered by my insurance company, so havent gone ahead.
Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.
