Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
I am Andrew, Sole Trader under A.N. Electrical & Home. I offer various handyman services such as flat pack furniture, laminate flooring, and general maintenance. I also offer basic electrical services within my legal capability. I am currently retraining to gain the necessary qualifications in this field, allowing me to join a competent person scheme. As such, I am currently able to provide fault finding services, or install basic electrical fittings. Unfortunately, despite all of the efforts of the tradesman - who’s communication skills were very poor we had to call another locksmith to correct the job. The tradesman from Bridlock drew holes too big so screws fell out. He also left enormous mess after which we found quite strange and unexpected - he was very much in a hurry. Most tradesman we dealt with swept and hover after themselves. For £ 120 40min very messy job installing our lock which we purchased prior to the job I would not recommend to any

Tim responded very quickly when I posted my job. He clearly detailed the probable costs for the job, arrived punctually and worked efficiently. I was also impressed that he gave me five keys for the lock. Usually it’s two or three if you’re lucky.
