Although we had agreed for this company to do the work, other owners of the flats decided the price was too much. However, I paid Mr Harding what we both considered fair for the cancellation, and I'm sure we'll bear him in mind when it comes to any other sort of maintenance.

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied.
