Maitham was at my house within an hour of me raising a ticket on an early Friday evening. Carried out a thorough investigation, had parts with him, fitted and tested them on the spot. Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.
