Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.
