Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.

Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website

I am a local Oxford based plumber with 6 years experience of plumbing and 10 years experience in the trades. I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.
