Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). Personal items "taken" from my house (owner compensated me slightly). Rusty chisel left in my son's bed. Even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! Stained my carpets. Subby was eventually replaced. Poor
