Jesse and his team were really friendly and communicative. Quoted quickly and did the work in no time at all. Chimney looks great and improved the problem, which may have been outside the scope of the initial job. The team followed up and did additional inspections and work at no additional cost. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Specialising in lime re-pointing to brick and stonework, and also hard landscaping. Now looking to work in the domestic side. As of 2022 we now have offices in Selsey, Banbury & Sandy Bedfordshire.
Excellent and efficient service. Gary and his team repointed all my brickwork and removed invasive ivy amongst other bits. My experience throughout was really positive and the guys were professional and did a great job of not only the work but also in ensuring everything was cleaned daily and with minimal fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. The bonus was that he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made which was indeed minimal! Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. The work done appears to be all I wanted.
