20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Rob did a great job on my leak damaged kickboards in kitchen. My kitchen was good quality and I had no idea on cost - helped me massively with that. He sourced matching kickboards, and carefully fitted them for me - it looks so much better! He also thought about usability of washing machine drainage and so on. Worked really hard, respected my garden and house tidiness, and would recommend. He will come back in spring for garden tap replacement too! Recommended.
